LJ again, jiggety-jog

One of the consequences of my temporary clock-fu on the computer was that I could not read, much less post, LJ from my (home) computer. Once I redid the fu, life was good, but I had to prepare my lesson for my class on Monday so wasn't blogging, even to ***SQUEE*** at the massive kitten cuteness (hello janetmk and cat_herder).

Belated birthday wishes to abooth. My mother, whose birthday you share, has had a week long celebration so I don't see why you shouldn't as well ;).

A minor piece of news that has been chuffing me beyond all reason is the announcement that our choir is planning on recording a CD (in time for Giftmas) and that current plans are to include some congregational singing as well. It ain't elissaann's Grammy-winning choral effort, but I'm gonna take what I can get.

Now I am off to the kitchen, to make some creole stuff for my lunches. Maybe some truffles to spread the V-Day luuuuv around.
