Whew, that feels better
Sep. 6th, 2007 07:28 pmI have had a pain in the neck. I didn't get a lot of sleep between it and the heat on Tuesday night, and I bailed on my yoga class last night because I just couldn't take the thought of driving down Ashby, again - the various look-around-and-check moves were unpleasant.
Instead, I took the Take-out and a Trashy Novel cure. And got a good night's sleep, because I had found the round neck pillow. This morning, it only hurt when I merged (looking first, that is).
And tonight, the fog was waiting for me on the other side of the Caldecott. It was the first time in a long while that I had to change when I got home because the work clothes were not sufficiently warm. So I expect I will be conked again tonight. Ahhhhhh.
